ICC Publishes ISBP P821E
The ICC have announced the publication of ISBP P821E.
The International Standard Banking Practice (for the examination of documents under UCP 600 (ISBP) is now available on ICC Knowledge2GO and enter into force on 1 July 2023
The updated version of the ISBP has been aligned with several ICC opinions which contain meaningful additions to the rules. It is especially relevant regarding, Terminology, Preliminary conditions, Signatures and signs, Multimodal transport document, Insurance documents.
